Anyone who is interested in improving their communication skills and making their lives easier!  We welcome clinicians from all specialties, locations of work and levels of training.

We get it!  Lots of us have had bad experiences with role-play. 

Experiential work with a simulated patient is the gold-standard for skill acquisition - yet many clinicians avoid considering communication skills training because of their fear of role-play, and not wanting to feel embarrassed in front of colleagues. 

We are very aware of these issues, so our Essentials course is “role-play free” providing an opportunity to up-skill in a safe environment (and maybe feel more comfortable and confident about joining us for further courses).

For the Essentials course, after each session you will receive a summary of the key points and some suggested follow-up.

The Essentials course has between 12-15 participants.

The Experiential courses are smaller group with 5-6 participants.

We want this training to be accessible and available widely and will be happy to discuss special rates for doctors-in-training and non-medical healthcare workers.

We also offer group booking discounts.

The courses are restricted to attendees only and online sessions are not recorded.
